While the world gets busier, meditation helps to reduce stress and calm the mind. Come and experience the benefits of meditation through a guided mediation with local Bakhtawar Sattha. We will follow the meditation with a short talk and a cup of tea to finish.
The guided meditations and talks will be about relaxation, positive thinking, being stress-free, enhancing inner peace, calmness, happiness, and our well-being.
This is a community class and all are welcome: both beginners or those wanting to continue their meditation practice. All FREE!
